Refund policy

Notes & Queries does not accept returns, so please choose wisely when placing an order. Notes & Queries will provide a full refund if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us at eorders@nandq.com with a photograph of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the refund process. Orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at eorders@nandq.com or call us at 410.682.6102 as soon as possible.
