Do I have to assemble Me&McQ USA 3D cards myself?
Absolutely not! Me&McQ USA 3D pop-up cards are lovingly hand-finished, so all you have to do is marvel at the finished item. Not only is there no assembly required, but our cards are also glueless and fold open and closed seamlessly.
What size are Me&McQ USA cards?
Me&McQ USA 3D pop-up cards fold up to be roughly 6” x 6” and are no more than 6 inches tall when popped up. Recipients typically find the cards to be just the right size to keep on display permanently — a real mark of love and respect for the card you send.
Are Me&McQ USA cards value for money?
Me&McQ USA 3D pop-up cards contain approximately twice as much paper, four times as much ink and illustration, 100% more specialized laser-cutting, and 90% more hand finishing than the average greeting card. Not to mention well over two weeks to create the artwork and mechanisms for each design. Not bad, for around double the price of that standard contemporary card! And remember: your Me&McQ USA card is unlikely to end up being thrown away after the celebration is over.
Where are Me&McQ USA pop-up cards created?
Me&McQ USA 3D pop-up cards are designed and published in the UK, then lovingly printed and hand assembled in China.
Custom Envelope
All Me&McQ USA 3D pop-up cards come with a custom sized luxury weight paper envelope for you to mail your card in.
Expected Postage
Due to their square shape, the cost to mail a Me&McQ USA card to a recipient is $1.27 through USPS as of October 1, 2025. You will need one non-machinable post stamp to mail your card. You can also use two forever post stamps, or include more post stamps adding up to $1.27 to mail this card. Please check with your courier about the most up-to-date information regarding postage for your card.
USPS on Non-Machinable Mail
A non-machinable stamp indicates a piece of mail cannot be processed by automated postal machines due to its size, weight, thickness, rigidity, or shape. Items that are rigid, over ¾ inch thick, square-shaped, have clasps or other odd closures, or contain unevenly distributed contents are examples of non-machinable mail. Rather than a separate stamp, the non-machinable surcharge is an additional postage cost added to a regular postage stamp, often using a special “butterfly” stamp to cover this extra fee.
When will my Me&McQ USA card arrive?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. We use USPS Ground Advantage as the default shipping method and will provide you with a tracking number, so you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders over $100 will also require a signature upon delivery. Ordering early is advised for holidays, as there are often shipping delays during holiday season.
How will my Me&McQ USA card be shipped?
Orders of 1-2 Me&McQ USA cards are shipped in 7” x 7” envelopes. Orders of 3-5 Me&McQ USA cards are shipped in a priority mail envelope, and orders of 6+ Me&McQ USA cards are shipped in small, cardboard boxes. Each card also comes with a luxury weight envelope for your onward use.
Can I order a Me&McQUSA card internationally?

How is shipping calculated?
Me&McQ USA provides free USPS Ground Advantage shipping. When choosing another shipping method, costs
will be calculated at checkout.
Me&McQ USA does not accept returns, so please choose wisely when placing an order. Me&McQ USA will provide a full refund if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us at eorders@nandq.com with a photograph of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the refund process. Orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at eorders@nandq.com or call us at 410.682.6102 as soon as possible.

What information is collected?
